Starting a Pledge Club/Group

Would you like to start a Pledge club or Pledge group in your area? It’s a great way to help your Assembly grow!

First, the Assembly needs to vote to sponsor a Pledge club!

Next, you need a special woman to lead your group: You need a Pledge Mom!

Next, you need at least two girls. 

Then, you can fill out a Sponsorship form and send it to Mrs. Metz, Oregon’s Supreme Officer!

 Once you are approved by Mrs. Metz, you are official!

When you have eight Pledge girls, your Pledge group can be instituted and become a Pledge group. That’s when you can start using the Pledge Ritual. Until then, your Pledge club can meet, have fun, and do all sorts of activities! All it takes is enthusiasm, creativity, and a small group of girls and two adults to lead them!

The Pledge Program has many tools to help you start and run your Pledge club or group! Some of these tools include the Pledge handbook, forms, and meeting resources.
