The International Rainbow Alumni Association is an organization developed through the Supreme Assembly of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, for the purpose of rebuilding our Order with the experience and wisdom of former Rainbow Girls. This Association will also provide fellowship, service and networking opportunities while reconnecting you with your Rainbow Heritage. It can also perpetuate the friendships formed during your active years as a Rainbow Girl.
Majority Members are former members of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, usually called Alumni by other organizations. Membership in the Order ends when a girl reaches the age of "majority", which is 20 in most cases. If a member of the Order marries before her twentieth birthday, she may receive a Marriage Majority.
A Majority Member of the Order is entitled to visit closed meetings of the Order, even if she is not a member of a sponsoring organizations or a parent/legal guardian of a current member. Our Majority Members are valuable to us as mentors and advisors for various activities.
Majority Members can continue their service activities and support active Rainbow Girls in theirs.
The Oregon Alumni is an association in support of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls. As alumni, we encourage and support the organization and its members and continue to build friendships with current and former members of the Order. We are committed to “Living the Legacy” of sisterhood, service and leadership that members of the Order experience. The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls has more than one million alumni and we want to connect with as many talented, diverse and spirited alumni as we can to enrich one another.
